With Informatix’ disbursement module, we complete the child support payment processing solution for our SDU clients.

With Informatix Disbursement, custodial parties can choose from three options to receive their support payments:

• Direct Deposit
• Debit Card
• Paper Check

For paper check disbursements, the checks are printed at our secured print center. After completing multiple reconciliation checkpoints, a bonded courier delivers the paper disbursements to the U.S. Post Office. For electronic disbursements, our banking partner receives our disbursement instructions and initiates payments through ACH network to route payments to direct deposit accounts and stored value cards. 

Similar to collections, the disbursement images and metadata is saved to iDocStore for audit trail. Our SDU clients have access to dashboards to analyze disbursement statistics and monitor trends.
