The iFMS features innovative Configurable Account Mapping, streamlining OCSE reporting and banking reconciliation processes. The integration of knowledge-based artificial intelligence (AI) for allocation and distribution sets a new standard in the industry, automatically applying business rules to optimize resource management.

The iFMS real-time capabilities represent a significant advancement in CSS operations, enabling immediate processing of collections, allocations, distributions, and disbursements. A Trusted Partner Since 1986

Informatix, a minority-owned company founded in 1986, has a long history of developing innovative technology solutions that improve the economic stability and well-being of children and families. Our journey in child support services began in 1989 through work performed on the Computer Assisted Support Enforcement System (CASES) for the San Francisco County Family Support Bureau.

Proven Track Record (1989-2009)

From 1989 to 2009, Informatix developed and maintained the CASES system for 55 counties in California, managing core CSS functionalities from case intake to court order enforcement, and from collections to distribution and disbursement. This highly successful system became one of the largest of its kind, supporting over 1.5 million children and managing more than 1.1 million child support cases.

Constantly Expanding Capabilities

Building on our understanding of child support operations, we developed RAPID®, a patented payment processing application designed for State Disbursement Units (SDUs). This software integrates innovative technology with image-based workflow software, providing fast and secure payment processing with flexible deployment options: on premises, cloud-based, or hybrid. National Leadership

Today, Informatix provides services nationwide, providing SDU and child support-related services to 36 states. We are the leader in data matching services, providing financial institution data matching for 35 states through the FIDM Alliance (19 states) and the IDEC Consortium (16 states).
